A former governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan (CON) has felicitated with his predecessor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori on the ocassion of his 65th birthday today, August 4.
Ibori was Delta state governor for eight years (1999- 2007). Upon completion of his two terms, he was succeeded by Uduaghan who governed the state from 2007- 2015.
