Former governors of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris and Capt. Idris Wada have united behind the aspiration of Senator Dino Melaye, governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed the governorship election for November 11.
Posting a group photograph of himself and the former governors on his official Facebook page, Melaye wrote ” United for Dino. To God alone be the glory”.
Recall that Idris few days ago presented Melaye and his running mate, Hajiya Habibat Deen to the people of Kogi East at Anyigba saying they will replicate his achievements if elected as the next governor of the state.
He assured the people that what was missing in the last seven years will be replaced by the incoming government of Senator Dino Melaye.
