The National Orientation Agency (NOA), an agency of the Federal Government under the Ministry of Information couldn’t spell the word ‘BEHAVIOURAL’ correctly, making Nigerians wonder what manner of orientation they are giving.
This happened during the visit of the newly appointed Director-General of the agency, Lanre Issa-Onilu to the agency’s directorate in Kwara State.
In a video posted on its Facebook page, Issa- Onilu said NOA is the agency with the core responsibility of causing behavioural change among Nigerians.
But instead help of behavioural, the agency wrote it as BEHAIVOURAL.
